learning some graphic editing program like corel drow , photoshop, image ready …
learning html maybe xml
learning some scripting laguge like php or asp or jsp
some software for html editing like frontpage .html editor …
some scripting software like zend
a web sever installed on your system ( iis apache ) also you can use some softwares as easyphp …it’s a god and simple apache server .

You have to learn:
1. Web Basic: XHTML, CSS
2. Web Programming:
- Client Side: Javascript
- Server Side: PHP + List MySQL
